Cool Tones

 

Cool tones are big this year. Have y'all checked to see what undertone your skin has? Either warm or cold. I've tried several times (you know checking the color of your veins in your wrist, etc) but I'm still not sure that I'm doing it correctly. I think that I should be more warm tones on some days and cool tones on others. When picking foundation, I usually try to opt for a neutral tone. 

I have the same problems when trying to decide what season I am also. Haha.

Any advice?
