Business Casual Dress

I love skater dresses! They are so feminine yet pretty reserved. I got this dress last week when I was in Huntsville. This is perfect for those business casual events that I seem to go to weekly. I prefer to wear sleeves in a business casual situation (not really sweaters or blazers). I actually dressed this down with these boots I was telling you about on Wednesday.
