Ombre Hearts

I just love this simple fair isle "heart hats"! I had some of this left over red ombre yarn that I wanted to use. I though that putting it with a base color of grey would make it pop. I really love it but I do think that on a base of white may look even better. What do you think?

I think it's important to try something a little unique just to let my creative side free!
