Easy Mermaid Makeup

Still need a costume for Halloween? A mermaid is the perfect choice if you have an abundance of colorful eyeshadows and a leftover formal dress. I looked up photos of mermaids with black lips and couldn't find any. I really enjoy the look of the black iridescent lips with the silver scales.
